Returns Policy
PSskin is committed to providing you with quality products and through them deliver effective skincare to our beloved customers. However, we do understand that not all our products are suited for every individual.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product(s) to be returned within 14 working days of date of purchase
- Product(s) should be unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging
- All returns must be enclosed with a return note (which will be sent to you once a return order has been initiated).
- All sale items or purchases made with promotional codes are not applicable for returns and thus non refundable.
- All products purchased at retail stores will adhere to the return/ exchange policy of the respective stores themselves.
Please note that we do not accept returns for an exchange of products at this moment.

- Please do note that PSskin may take up to 7 working days to process the return and determine whether the product(s) is eligible for refund

If a return is approved, refunds of the purchase price of the relevant product(s) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
- Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Any additional costs incurred whilst returning the product(s) will be borne by the customer.
